Here he is, riding Whipper’s scooter all over the neighborhood - around the block, up and down the street.  All the neighbors started recognizing him.  People were standing outside, scratching their heads.  What the hell is Stevie Ray Vaughan doing here, riding all over the place on a scooter??!

Can you imagine walking out your front door and seeing this? Wouldn’t that seem a little strange?  Kind of surreal.  I just stood there laughing my ass off.
